The Healthy Choices/Safer Children community presentation provided by Scott Collier of the Drug Enforcement Administration last month provided the audience with facts and valuable information. This information included: Internet drug purchasing, laced marijuana, access to pharmaceutical drugs, trends in drug use, drugs of choice, and statistics. Brentwood High School principal, Dr. Don Rugraff, brought closure to the evening stating that it is of great importance that parents and the school partnership share information with each other in the best interest of our children. Dr. Rugraff also indicated that it was vital that all parties communicate with one another with the best interest of children at heart no matter how difficult the conversations may be.
