All students in grades 3-5 have a K-2 student buddy throughout the year. Classroom teachers and art, music and PE specialists plan a variety of activities from field trips to computer lab tutoring. Older students learn responsibility and hone academic skills by working with a younger child. Student relationships grow along with the sense of community among staff and students. (Target group includes all students K-5. Character Education Committee and teacher sponsored).
