I grew up in northwest Arkansas about 20 miles south of the southwestern Missouri border. . I have a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas and a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University. I have taught Kindergarten, Second, and Fourth Grades. My first elementary counseling job was in 1991 in Portales,New Mexico. I moved here to be the Brentwood Elementary Counselor in 1993, left to be a counselor in Colorado Springs in 1995 and came back to Brentwood in 1998. I have lived in nine states and in the Phillippines due to many Air Force moves. St. Louis is the best! I have three grown sons and four granddaughters.
