Welcome to Fourth Grade!  

This is my fifth year teaching, and I am so excited for you to be a part of my class! This is my third year of teaching fourth grade.  I have many fun activities planned for us. 

I have lived in the St. Louis area my entire life. I grew up in the Mehlville area and graduated from Mehlville High School in 2000.  

After graduating from Mehlville, I attended Southeast Missouri State where I earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education in 2004. Last year I graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology. I also received my eMINTS certification last spring as well.

I live in South County with my husband Josh, my 2 year old son, Carter and my dog Cooper. I have many interests and hobbies.  In my free time I love playing with my son, reading, going out to eat, watching movies, and spending as much time as I can with my family and friends.  I am very much a "people person" which means I enjoying meeting new people and making friends.  I hope you feel as if you can come to me with any questions or concerns you may have.

Teaching is not just a job, but a passion for me.  I look forward to a wonderful year at Mark Twain!
